Trust at the back of them are:-

Arnhold, Karberg and Company.
but nothing of so interesting a nature as in the case
of Jebsen's liquidation has transpired among the papers
of
the other firms. In fact, as far as Carlowitz's
liquidation is concerned, it is said that there were
very few papers of any kind to be found, as Charles
Rayner, the so-called Englishman, had been busy in
Hongkong with his firm's affairs prior to the German
houses being ordered to be wound up there.
As far as Hongkong is concerned, there appears to
be no doubt whatever that the German importing houses
had the bulk of the textile trade, a fact in the past
